Shipping and Returns Policy
Tracking Packages
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will email you the tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
U.S. Shipping Rates and Times
We process orders within 1 business day. Orders placed after 5 PM EST may be processed on the 2nd business day.
Free complimentary (2-7 Day) shipping on all orders placed over $75.00
Flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 on all orders under $75.00 to be added at checkout
PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes using USPS shipping options. But we may contact you to give us a physical address in case the other shippers have a less expensive shipping option.
Non-Delivery, Damage, and Insurance Investigations
It is the purchaser's responsibility to track and verify the delivery of their order. If tracking indicates an issue or the package is not received within 10 days of shipment, please contact us. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue, though investigations can take up to a month. In the event your package is lost, we will issue you a full refund once the shipper has declared your package lost. If you do not notify us of non-delivery of your package within 10 days of receiving your tracking number we will assume the package has been received. After 30 days from shipment we may be unable to assist with locating your package.
Report any damage or tampering to us immediately and to the carrier delivering the package. If a package was delivered in your absence, report any issues to the carrier and take photos of the damage. We will attempt to initiate an insurance claim, but cannot guarantee success. If the insurance claim is unsuccessful because of inadequate packaging on our part we will fully reimburse the full amount to your credit card including return shipping charges if needed, after we receive the damaged item or items back to our warehouse.
Address/Alternate Shipping Address Verification
To ensure safety and prevent fraud, we verify addresses through our merchant services or your credit/debit card issuer. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may experience delays. For faster processing, use the same or verified alternate shipping address.
Information Verification & Suspected Fraud
We may contact you for additional information if discrepancies are found during our verification process. Orders with unverifiable information will be canceled. If you suspect fraudulent use of your card, contact us immediately for assistance.
